Here’s something I have always struggled with, and know many people do too: How to budget time.
So here’s a top tip.
Limit your time for work!
When we work for ourselves, it’s easy to work crazy hours, but the truth is that work expands to fill whatever time you give it. So try giving yourself half the time and see how much more you can accomplish in that time.
Here’s an example.
Last time I washed my car, I had 50 seconds left to rinse all the soap with the high-pressure hose before putting more money in. It was only going to be an extra $1 but I pushed, and got the whole thing done!
When you stop and count, a minute is a pretty long amount of time, you’d be surprised by how much you can get done.
